Julia Braden was trained in Florida with over 600 hours in Therapeutic Massage and continuing education with St. John's Neuromuscular Pain Relief Institute for pelvic stabilization and chronic neck pain.
Julia also studied with Dr. Leon Chaitow with techniques to alleviate fibromyalgia. She has combined her training with over 12 years experience to suit a client's needs.
Keeping up to date with techniques such as myofascial and myopractic release work, trigger point therapy, hydrotherapy, and reflexology (Laura Norman's techniques), Julia integrates all or some of the above techniques to improve or restore her client's well being.
In chronic conditions, working just under a client's pain tolerance has proven to be effective in releasing pain patterns. Julia also offers deep tissue work, after consultation with her client.
Julia's aim is to get her client back to a healthy physical state.
